Terms of Service — GreatSMM SMM Panel

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form the legal agreement between you and greatsmm.pro governing your use of our SMM panel, the dashboard, the public website, and the order API. GreatSMM has operated as a social-media growth panel since 2019, and these Terms have been refined across multiple iterations based on platform policy updates, payment-processor requirements, and customer feedback. By creating an account, placing an order, or topping up balance you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause below. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the service.

Effective date: 1 January 2026  ·  Last updated: 1 January 2026  ·  Version: 7.2

1. Definitions

"Panel" means the GreatSMM SMM panel software, dashboard, and supporting infrastructure available at the domain operated by greatsmm.pro. "Service" or "Services" means any catalog item the panel offers, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, shares, play counts, and monthly listeners across supported platforms. "Order" means a paid request submitted through the dashboard, the API, or a child panel referencing a numeric Service ID, a public target URL, and a quantity. "Balance" means the prepaid credit denominated in the panel currency stored against your account. "You" or "Customer" means any natural person or legal entity that creates an account, places an order, or accesses the panel through the API.

2. Eligibility and account integrity

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate registration data. One account per natural person is permitted unless you operate a formally approved reseller programme; duplicate accounts created to bypass refund decisions, fraud checks, or pricing tiers will be merged or terminated. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. greatsmm.pro is not liable for unauthorised orders placed from a session you failed to protect. Suspected compromise must be reported to support within 24 hours via the contact page so that the API key can be rotated.

3. Catalog, pricing, and Service IDs

The complete catalog and the rate per 1,000 units for every Service is published on the public services page and mirrored through the panel API. Service IDs are stable identifiers; categories and display names may be reorganised editorially without affecting the ID. Rates may change because of supplier cost adjustments, currency fluctuations, or platform policy events. Orders are charged at the rate displayed at the time of submission, not the rate at the time of completion. We publish material rate increases in Updates at least 24 hours before they take effect when feasible.

4. Orders, delivery, and acceptable inputs

Each order must include a valid, public, and reachable target URL plus a quantity within the published minimum and maximum for the chosen Service. The target profile, video, post, channel, or playlist must remain public and unmodified for the duration of the delivery. Changing the username, switching to a private account, deleting the post, or making the target unreachable during fulfilment is a Customer risk and is excluded from refill protection. Typical start time is under 60 seconds for active Services; total completion time depends on the quantity ordered, the drip-feed configuration, and any scheduled platform maintenance.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the panel to target content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where the target audience resides, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, content used to defame an identifiable person, or content used to manipulate elections, referendums, or regulated financial instruments. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt the panel, reverse-engineer the API beyond the documented endpoints, run security scans without prior written consent, resell access to other users without operating an approved child panel, or use stolen payment methods.

6. Payments, balance, and chargebacks

Top-ups are processed through third-party payment processors. The processor returns only a transaction identifier; full card or wallet data are never stored on our servers. Once funds are credited to your balance they are non-refundable to the original payment method unless required by the processor's own policy or by applicable law. Refunds for individual orders are credited to the panel balance for re-use and are governed by the Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback without first opening a support ticket is treated as a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, recovery of disputed funds plus processor fees, and a permanent block of the underlying email, IP range, and payment fingerprint.

7. Refunds and refills

Refunds and refills are governed by the dedicated Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary: orders marked Cancelled return unused balance automatically; orders marked Partial refund the undelivered portion automatically; drops within the refill window indicated on each Service are restored at no extra cost through support tickets. Refund requests opened after the refill window has closed are evaluated case by case and may be denied.

8. API access and rate limits

Authenticated API access is available to every active account through the personal API key visible in the dashboard. The key is unique to your account and must never be shared. Programmatic use must respect the rate limit of 60 requests per minute per key for standard accounts, with higher limits available on request for verified resellers. Endpoints, parameters, and response formats are described on the public API page. Breaking changes are announced at least 30 days in advance unless a security event requires a faster rotation.

9. Intellectual property

The panel software, the editorial content published across our hub pages, the platform-hub copy on pages such as Instagram services and TikTok services, the FAQ, the brand marks, and the catalog metadata are the exclusive property of greatsmm.pro or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a do-follow link. Republication, scraping for derivative catalogs, or commercial reuse of the editorial library without prior written consent is prohibited and will be enforced under applicable copyright law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Social platforms may change their algorithms, policies, or enforcement at any moment; we do not warrant that any Service will produce a specific engagement, ranking, monetisation, or business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of greatsmm.pro for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is capped at the total amount you spent on the panel during the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, abuses the support channel, attempts fraudulent payments, or repeatedly submits ineligible orders. On termination for cause the remaining balance is forfeited. On voluntary closure by the Customer we transfer any positive balance back to the original payment method where the processor allows it, less a processing fee of up to USD 1.50 to cover reversal costs. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — definitions, intellectual property, liability, governing law, and dispute resolution — survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We update these Terms when our practices evolve, when a platform changes its policy materially, or when a regulator publishes new guidance. The effective date and the version number at the top of this page reflect the latest revision. Material changes are announced through the Updates page and on the dashboard banner at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the panel after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which greatsmm.pro is registered, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Before initiating any formal proceeding both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through the contact page for at least thirty (30) days. Where good-faith resolution fails, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the registered seat of greatsmm.pro unless a mandatory rule of consumer law in your country of residence assigns exclusive jurisdiction elsewhere.

14. Contact and notices

Operational questions are handled through support tickets after you sign in. General enquiries, press requests, and legal notices reach us via the contact page. Privacy questions are documented in the dedicated Privacy Policy. Frequent operational questions are answered on the FAQ page. For developers integrating with the panel, see the public API overview.

By using greatsmm.pro you confirm that you have read every clause above and that you accept it without reservation. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
